Collective Bargaining Agreements
Per RCW 28A.320.055, each school district, charter school, and state-tribal compact school must publish on its web site a copy of its public school employee collective bargaining agreements by September 1, 2014, and thereafter must update the web site within thirty days of approval, renewal, or amendment of any such agreement.
- The Mabton School District and Mabton Public School Employees (PSE) are scheduled to continue negotiations in regard to Schedule A (pay schedule) on August 29, 2019. This is per Section 18.3 of the 2018-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- On July 29, 2019, The Mabton Board or Directors approved a Letter of Agreement (LOA) authorizing Superintendent, Dr. Castilleja to enter into an agreement that outlines the addition of a "Transition Intervention Specialist" and a "Migrant Graduation Specialist' to the list of positions in the PSE Collective Bargaining Agreement. The LOA has been signed by the Chapter president and superintendent.
- The Mabton School District and Mabton Public Schools Employees (PSE) are scheduled to renegotiate Schedule A (pay schedule) on August 7, 2019. This is per Section 18.3 of the 2018-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
